Function of the device is the use of all kinds of waste in the catalytic cracking reactor under atmospheric conditions,  and cut the organic polymer chain in waste plastic and reduced to low molecular hydrocarbons --- fuel.  Nonclotting and combustible gas under C5 generated during processing which will be recycled by the gas recovery unit, and piped to the fuel burner after voltage stabilization, heating to the device itself, eliminating secondary pollution to the environment.

　　1、The use of combustible gas produced during pyrolysis to heat, and save electric energy up 500 degrees (producing gas about 60kg for every ton raw material), eliminates the pollution caused by direct emptying gas, and increase the economic efficiency ( It brings up 60 USD benefit for every ton raw material).
　　2、Atmospheric pressure operation, computer monitor, multiple protection, security is good.
　　3、Catalytic cracking completely. Make organic ingredients in waste plastic cracked completely , and the oil ratio is higher (one-pot daily processing capacity 2 tons of waste plastics, or oil-producing one ton).
　　4、Good environmental performance. No cleaning materials, and avoid water pollution. The resulting self-heating apparatus for a gas, the residue is powdered coal which can be used in carbon black as raw material in the sale or coal combustion.
